As we identify properties using our business model, clients often request for assistance in locating equity partners. We responded by joining with one the nation’s top real estate equity financing groups, MB Real Estate headquartered in Chicago.  We are now working cooperatively to raise millions of dollars in equity and/or debt financing on behalf of our clients.

MB Real Estate owns more than $19Billion of commercial real estate and have place more than $7Billion in equity during the last few years. Their sources include hedge funds, private equity groups and sovereign wealth investors. They are very active in sourcing equity in from both Europe and the Middle East as well as in the United States.

We are currently working with one PPA client to raise $50 Million in equity focused on retail and medical office projects throughout the country and another client for $7-9 Million in equity for their multi-family investments focused mostly the Southwest and New York.
